Yoga Instruction

Yoga AmindaYoga is breath, it is presence, it is awareness, is is a conversation with yourself.  It is not out of reach, it is not twisting into a pretzel, it is not only for young, healthy, flexible people.  Yoga truly is the MOST accessible form of wellness I have discovered. There are so many styles and ways to practice yoga and it teaches you about yourself and living life. If you believe you aren’t flexible enough, strong enough, thin enough “whatever” enough. You need to spend time with Aminda.    Yoga is a state of mind that can be achieved in variety of ways, at ARCreated we are dedicated to sharing with you a practice that will work FOR you and support your needs.

The practice has been found to be especially helpful for those suffering from any sort of chronic pain/illness. Although we can’t cure anything we can help you work with your body to get the greatest enjoyment out of your life, whether that means handling stress better, loving yourself a little more, accepting your challenges graciously, or just plain finding a moment of pain relief personalized yoga can be a panacea for the frustrated and weary of the world.

“My aspiration in teaching is to bring the rich philosophical and mythological background of yoga to my students’ doorstep, to provide a haven and to guide others to their own personal practice on and off the mat. My hope is that they too will discover the well of healing and joy that I found on my mat. With the realization of how accessible yoga is via physical, devotional or karmic means. At the end of the day I believe yoga is a conversation, a blessed conversation between yourself and your higher self and whatever power you believe is out there in the universe, but the problem has been we talk too much and don’t listen, yoga helps us listen. And I have found that when we listen we are blessed with answers and peace.”

The journey into self-love and self-acceptance must begin with self-examination …. until you take the journey of self-reflection, it is almost impossible to grow or learn in life. – Iyanla Vanzant
